Allison Otto, Psy.D.
Dr. Otto believes that people are complex individuals with dynamic lives and histories, and so her approach to psychotherapy is individualized to each of her clients. Your work with Dr. Otto will focus on self growth and making significant, long lasting changes, in yourself and in the way that you relate to others.
In addition to psychotherapy, Dr. Otto also provides diagnostic psychological testing and consultation for individuals who are seeking insight into their personalities, ways of thinking, symptoms, strengths, and areas for growth.
Dr. Otto's goal is that your journey in psychotherapy will be both challenging and rewarding. She has experience in treating children, adolescents, and adults, in individual, family, couples, and group psychotherapy.
In addition to her practice, Dr. Otto is also the Clinical Supervisor at Mid-Atlantic Rehabilitation Services-Addiction Treatment Programs. She also enjoys teaching as an adjunct faculty member, most recently at Chestnut Hill College and Lehigh University.
Dr. Otto is a psychologist, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Otto has presented at both local and national conventions, and published articles in state and national e-newsletters.
She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
Doctoral students also assist with assessment, consultation, and provide low-fee psychotherapy.
